We present a proposal to the client with specific recommendations.
In many situations, an interim CEO or COO might be put in place at the client's company to orchestrate the rapid go-to-market process.
The group members who will be involved present specific proposals for their roles.
The acting board, in conjunction with the executive management team, manages approval of the RFP’s.
Then the fun begins.
